ROLL FORMING SYSTEM
This sheet metal working is a bending process in which a continuous strip of sheet metal is deformed by a series of calibrated rollers, arranged in appropriate sequence to obtain the final shape.

Nido S.R.L. offers the customer many years of experience proposing full cooperation to realize the profile to be produced, setting the preliminary study and providing the most suitable production lines.
Once agreed the section of the profile to be executed, you proceed with the design and construction of the series of rollers and all the necessary equipment.
The series of rollers are made of high quality steel.
The finishing and the final polishing of the pieces is performed, after various and appropriate thermal treatments, using ceramic tools, to obtain maximum accuracy, and ensure over time the quality of production and the wear durability.
